Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese.

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.

1 cup Colby shredded.

1 small can or jar of marinated Artichokes.

1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic

1 small package of frozen Spinach.

Drain water from the spinach, and save about 1/3 cup of shredded cheese to put on top after baking. Add everything to a bowl and stir until it is well mixed. Heat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 9 dish with vegetable spray and bake for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese that you put back and add some parsley to the top and bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Serve with chips or crostini’s
