Ingredients:
1/3 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar

1 cup raisin

1 cup sifted powdered sugar

6. Spread the mixture in a greased 13x9x2 inch greased pan.
7. Bake for 25 minutes.
8. Combine the powdered sugar, and remaining topping ingredients mix thoroughly.
9. Let cookie bars slightly cool and spread the topping over the top.
