Kool-Aid cookies
Cookies are a staple at our home, and I admit I do love cookies any time of the day. My husband is a cookie-loving monster, but he only likes a few kinds. I love to experiment and to try and make cookies that are easy and delicious. Cake mix cookies are easy, quick, and delicious. Kool aid cookies can be made in a variety of flavors.
Kool-Aid makes think of summertime as a kid. The fruity flavors taste so good over ice after a day playing in the sunshine. My friend had sent me a recipe for Kool-Aid cookies and the recipe did look delicious. But I decided to try to make them quick and easy using a box cake mix. Cake mix cookies are a great alternative to the traditional cookies that are baked in homes every day. Kool-Aid cookies are so delicious and can be made with a variety of flavors.
The first step is to gather your ingredients and supplies.
Ingredients:
1 box cake mix.
1 package of Kool-Aid mix.
2 eggs
ΒΌ cup vegetable oil or butter. Vegetable oil makes a softer cookie and butter a crumblier cookie.
Supplies:
Mixing bowl
Mixing spoon
Cookie scoop
Cookie sheet pan lined with a silpat or parchment paper.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir together until mixed well. Drop dough with a cookie scoop on the cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350* for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
