Ginger Peach Pork Chops

This is the fifth recipe that I have shared in my meal prep series. This one pot meal is delicious and easy for a family on the go. A great recipe to double or triple for whatever size family you have. Follow me in this article and I will guide you through preparing the Ginger Peach Pork Chops. For a well-rounded meal serve with Mashed Potatoes and Veggies. Remember to check back I will post more recipes for a 7-day meal plan.

Other ingredients:

· 4 Boneless Pork Chops

· Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Combine the Peach Preserves, ginger, and sesame oil in the freezer bag and mix well. Date and label the bag with a permanent marker. Store in the freezer until ready to prepare your Ginger Peach Pork Chops.

2. To use, thaw the sauce bag in the refrigerator overnight or in a bowl of water for 20 minutes.

3. When ready to cook, coat the Pork Chops with the sauce on both sides. Place on steamer rack into a Crock Pot or Instant Pot.

4. Follow your recommended cooking time for your Crockpot or Instapot.

Freeze and thaw instructions: The sauce in freezer baggies can be kept in a refrigerator freezer for up to 6 months or a deep freezer for up to 12 months.
