Ingredients:
Cupcakes:
· 2 1/2 cups AP Flour.
· 2 cups sugar.
· 2 1/4 tsp baking powder.
· 1 tsp salt.
· 1 tsp vanilla.
· 1 1/4 cup Moscato Wine.
· 4 eggs.
· 1 cup softened butter.
Icing:
· 1 cup butter.
· 1 tsp vanilla.
· 4 cups sifted powdered sugar.
· Moscato syrup. 1:1 Ratio of wine and sugar and brought to a boil and let cool.
· Add 8 tbsp of Moscato syrup add a little at a time until the icing is fluffy.
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and make the Moscato syrup recipe above. Set the syrup to the side to cool.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
3. In a mixing bowl cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla.
4. Add eggs one at a time and beat until light and fluffy.

6. Bake in cupcake pan with liners for 18 to 20 minutes.
7. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then on a rack completely.
8. While cupcakes are cooling make the icing.
9. Cream the butter and vanilla until light yellow and creamy.
10. Add the powder sugar one cup at a time until it is mixed well and add the Moscato syrup one tbsp. at a time and whip until light and fluffy.
Ice the tops with a spatula or a decorator bag and add festive sprinkles.
